Creator and founder of Rede Bem Bahia, Manu has been working in the hotel industry for 20 years and is responsible for the entire commercial sector of hotels. The decoration ideas and well-being services for the structures are hers.

Responsible for administrative and finance, Vini manages the hotels. A musician and journalist by training, he entered the hotel business because of Manu, his wife, with whom they founded Rede Bem Bahia together.
